Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request that we delete personal information we hold about you. This page explains what we hold, how to make a request, and what to expect.

Important Information
What Data We Hold
When you interact with 3io Studio — whether through our website contact form, a project enquiry, or a connected platform such as Facebook or Instagram — we may hold basic personal information you provided, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
We do not create user accounts on this website, and we do not store payment information. Any data we hold is limited to what you chose to share with us directly.
How to Request Deletion
To request that we delete your personal data, send an email to support@3iostudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address or name you used when contacting us so we can locate your records.
You may also use the contact form on this website at 3iostudio.com/contact and include the same subject line and details.
What Happens After You Request
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days. Where we are able to confirm your identity and locate your data, we will complete the deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
In some cases we may be required by law or legitimate business obligation to retain certain records. Where this applies, we will inform you of the specific reason and the period for which the data must be kept.
Data From Connected Platforms
If you connected with 3io Studio through a Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp), you may also manage or remove your data directly through that platform's settings. Deleting data on the platform does not automatically remove data we received prior to that action.
To ensure complete removal from our systems, please submit a deletion request directly to us using the contact details above.
Scope of Deletion
Upon a valid and fulfilled deletion request, we will remove your name, email address, phone number, company details, and message content from our records.
Anonymised or aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you are not considered personal data and are not covered by deletion requests.
